Professor Mukharram M. Bikbov is a comprehensive ophthalmologist and clinical scientist, director of Ufa Eye Research Institute. Professor Bikbov is Senior Vice-President of the Russian Ophthalmology Society, Honored physician of the Russian Federation, Chief Ophthalmologist of the Ministry of  Health of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Honorary Professor of FSBI “Scientific-research Institute of eye diseases”, Corresponding Member of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Member of the Presidium of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Chairman of the Bashkortostan regional branch of the Society of ophthalmologists of Russia, President of the Regional branch in the Republic of Bashkortostan Interregional public
organization “Association of ophthalmologists”, Member of the Presidium of LLC “Association of ophthalmologists”, Member of the dissertation council of S.
